With the intention of enhancing the commercial space for businesses, F+D=A team up with Ngā Pōtiki ā Tamapahore Trust and Marra Construction to optimise the built environment in Pāpāmoa, Bay of Plenty, and promote prosperity for present and future generations in a mindful and revitalised manner. Designs are cohesively tied together through clean, earthy and natural tones, to provide a commercial building that stands connected to its surrounding elements and is lasting in its refined presence.
Three vertical poles lead at the front and greatly announce the built space. On colour scheme, main exterior walls are made using a specific ColorCote Weathered Copper with green canopies embellishing the top, effectively communicating the presence of "Manawa Commercial" on native land. Strong signage throughout provide clarity to the space, using both green and white hues to help acknowledge the "Manawa" name and each valued section, highlighting and accentuating what is to come to an exciting dynamic space. Front communal seating areas, enriched by nature, and the abundance of accessible parking spaces are also key features welcoming locals and tourists alike.
To bring together community and business through helpful and promising organisations spanning hospitality, retail and service - where heart and built design serve to uplift growth and endless possibilities, this is "Manawa Commercial".
