HEB Regional Headquarters

Situated on a 3,800 sq meter site at 7-9 Truman Lane, Papamoa and is an example of a highly specialized Warehouse and Office development.

Working on behalf of the developer, F+D=A firstly undertook the successful Masterplanning exercise for the site, exploring options to maximize site utility whilst fulfilling the complex functional requirements of the written brief of the tenant. 

The result is a 1200 square meter, 20 m wide, 60m long, single portal span Warehouse including two gantry cranes, and drive though B-train access and an adjoining 700 sqm office and reception, in additional to external ancillary site functions.

F+D=A then headed the large base building consultant team: including Structural, Electrical, Traffic, Hydraulic and Mechanical Engineers, and worked alongside the tenant’s interior Architects to develop and document the completed design for Building Consent, Tendering and Construction.
